From our UK location, in the heart of Lancashire, all our products are carefully designed and manufactured to the highest of standards. With our commitment, dedication and attention to detail, our gates are made using locally sourced steel, with many of the components also made in-house. To achieve the perfect finish, our products are powder-coated – Powder coating starts as a dry powder that is electrostatically applied onto the metal, it is then baked in an oven to flatten the paint and give it a much tougher finish than conventional spray paint, making it the perfect coating for maintenance free decorative steelwork.

Galvanising
Zinc galvanising treatment is a process where stell or iron is submerged into a bath of molten zinc at 449 degrees celsius, the liquid zinc alloys itself to the surface of the base metal to prevent rusting.
Powder Coating
Powder coating starts as a dry powder which is electrocated onto the metal. IT is then baked in an oven to flatten the paint and give it a much tougher finish than conventional spray paint, making it the perfect coating for low maintenance decorative steel work
