Gates should offer lasting strength as well as style. Our iron double gates feature deeper frames and thicker infill bars, creating a robust structure that’s designed to perform reliably for years to come.
For long-lasting protection against the elements, your gates can be hot-dip galvanised to British Standard EN ISO 1461 and powder coated. Galvanising helps protect the steel against rust and corrosion, while the powder-coated finish adds another layer of durability and gives the gates an attractive, lasting appearance.
If you prefer to choose and apply your own finish, your gates can also be supplied primed and ready for a suitable top coat. This gives you more flexibility over the final colour, although some ongoing maintenance will be needed to keep the finish well protected.
